But this mission didn't begin when I opened an online store.

Hi, I'm Teri, and welcome to Ruff Life Rescue Wear.

Since 2007, animal rescue has been a huge part of my life. I've volunteered with rescue organizations, fostered animals in need, cared for special-needs dogs, and even helped with wildlife rehabilitation. Rescue has never been something I simply supported—it has shaped who I am.

In 2014, I founded Ruff Life Rescue Wear as another way to support rescue communities. I wanted to create a business that gives back to the people and organizations who give so much of themselves to animals in need.

The little French Bulldog in the photo with me is Gertie 🐶—my constant companion and one of the many animals who reminds me every day why this mission matters.
